Employer Privacy Policy

01. Information We Collect

When you create an employer account, register your company, post jobs, or manage team members, we collect:

• Organization Profile: Company name, legal entity name, GSTIN, business PAN, corporate registration documents, and office addresses.
• Recruiter Credentials: Name, work email address, phone number, designation, and KYC verification details.
• Billing Data: Invoicing details, billing address, Razorpay customer IDs, payment tokens, and purchase histories (we do not store raw credit card numbers).
• Job Postings & Hiring Data: Job descriptions, salary budgets, screening questionnaires, candidate interview ratings, and recruitment notes.

02. How We Use Employer Data

• To verify company authenticity (KYB) and prevent fraudulent hiring.
• To power AI matching algorithms between your job openings and candidate profiles.
• To facilitate automated voice/phone interviews and candidate assessments.
• To process credit purchases, generate GST tax invoices, and maintain accounting records.
• To provide dedicated account management, product support, and incident resolution.

03. Candidate Data Access & Masking

Candidate personal identifiers (phone numbers, full addresses, Aadhaar numbers) remain strictly masked until explicitly unlocked through our credit-based mechanism. Unlocked candidate data may only be used for bona fide recruitment purposes.

04. Security Measures & Compliance

We utilize bank-grade encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), AWS Cognito role-based access control, automated vulnerability scans, and ISO-compliant cloud infrastructure hosted in Indian data centers (AWS Mumbai region) to guarantee compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
