Employer Terms of Service

01. Employer Accounts & KYB

To use the recruitment platform, you must represent a registered business or legitimate hiring organization. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete company verification (KYB/GST) details. Quick Genie Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify or reject accounts that fail safety screening.

02. Job Posting & Fair Hiring Guidelines

Employers must post authentic, clear job descriptions specifying salary or compensation ranges, location, and role requirements. Postings demanding illegal upfront fees from candidates, deceptive multi-level marketing (MLM), or discriminatory criteria are strictly prohibited.

03. Candidate Data Usage & Confidentiality

Candidate profiles and contact details unlocked via credits are licensed exclusively for your direct hiring needs. You may not resell, distribute, or harvest candidate data for marketing or external advertising.

04. Billing, Subscriptions & Refund Terms

All purchases of subscription tiers and credit packs are processed through authorized payment gateways (Razorpay). Cancellations, service credit adjustments, and refund claims are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05. Suspension & Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate organization accounts immediately for serious violations of these terms, fraud, or non-payment. Upon termination for cause, unused credits are non-refundable.

06. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
